Redlands Netball Association (RNA) is a prominent sporting organisation in Redland City, Queensland,supporting a large community of players across various age groups, from juniors to seniors. The association hosts competitions, training programs, and community events at the Pinklands Sporting Complex in Thornlands.
The RNA also engages in community events and celebrations, often partnering with local sponsors to promote netball and sports development in the region. For instance, the Redlands Netball Association received sponsorship from the Redland City Council for its Community Celebration event? (Redlands Coast Today).
The RNA plays an important role in promoting grassroots netball and fostering the development of young athletes in the region. Our involvement in local and regional competitions makes us a key part of Redlands' sporting community.
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Net Co-ordinator to deliver Netball Australiaβs exciting Net Set Go junior program for children aged 5β10 years.
This role is all about creating a fun, safe and engaging environment where young players can learn skills, build confidence, make friends and fall in love with netball.
As the Net Co-ordinator, you will:
π― Deliver engaging weekly Net Set Go sessions
π΅ Incorporate music, movement, dance and fun skill activities
π Run modified games and matches suitable for young children
π€ Support and mentor junior coaches and volunteers
π¬ Attend regular Co-ordinator meetings and communicate operational updates

This role plays a vital part in maintaining a positive, professional and supportive umpiring environment while helping ensure competitions run smoothly and fairly.
As the Assistant Umpire Convenor, you will:
π― Support the Umpiring Coordinator in managing umpiring operations
π Assist with the development and support of umpires
